Turkish Kayseri/Hereke-style hand-knotted silk scatter rug, central Anatolia. The rug has a classic Ottoman/Persian-derived central medallion composition: a pale silvery-blue field, turquoise-and-gold central medallion with pendants, scrolling floral vines and palmettes, and a broad floral main border surrounded by narrow guard borders. Dimensions: 2′ 4″ x 4′ 2″
