Signed pencil drawing of a fashionable lady smoking, surrounded by gentlemen. Rose Cecil (Cecilia) O’Neill (1874 – 1944) worked in New York and Missouri and is known for Illustration art, of which this drawing was for Cosmopolitan Magazine, November 12, 1929. Dimensions: 11.5″ x 18.5″
