Description
Signed Picasso pen and ink drawing dated November 26, 1969 of a devil caressing a lady. An artist who revolutionized western art, Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) was born in Spain and lived most of his life either there or in France. This drawing is very similar to his earlier works prior to World War II. He also used Roman numerals to dates or reference to a suite of drawings. Bought by a Massachusetts collector in 1985 from a Virginia estate. Dimensions: 9″ x 11.5″
