Description
Necklace and earrings worn by actress Marthe Errolle In “The Sound Of Music”, an elegant design of Rubby Red glass. Necklace is stored in a custom wooden box with the actress name carved on top. The necklace was designed by Scaasi. Arnold Scaasi, was a Canadian fashion designer who created gowns and jewelry for First Ladies and actresses. Marthe Errolle, a Diva, performed in a number of films and Broadway to include “The Sound Of Music”, the queen in “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”, “Mame”, “Kismet” and “The Boyfriend”. Provenance includes a photos of the actress wearing the necklace and a letter signed by the actress to the consignor. Box Dimensions: 11″ x 8.5″ x 3.5″
