Three President signed commissions for Henry B. Mansfield. A Commission signed by President US Grant in 1871, one signed by President Benjamin Harrison signed in 1890 and another one signed by President Theodore Roosevelt commissioning him as a Captain in the Navy. Captain Mansfield commanded the first USS Battleship Iowa (1903-1905). Dimensions: 20″ x 16″
