An 1863 Scrimshaw Eagle associated with the Brig Liberty from Salem Massachusetts. The Brig was most likely a privateer in the civil war, not a registered union ship. The piece almost looks like it was designed to be a belt buckle. Dimensions: 2.5″ H x 4.5″ L
