Description
Fabulous hand cut crystal glass of a punchbowl in two pieces-the base and bowl with intricate designs, along with 12 cups (actually 13- one as a spare). Signed Pepi Herrmann, 1982 and Herrmann #1 on top of the base. All over intricate and precise patterns, which only a master could accomplish. Pepi Herrmann was born in Salzburg, Austria and worked in the NH Lakes Region for more than 50 years as a master crystal cutter, a lost art in the US. Pepi’s works have been owned by several Presidents (Reagan, Clinton, Bush) and Prime Ministers (Margaret Thatcher, Helmet Kohl) as well as Hollywood stars who made personal visits to collect these one of a kind items.
