An antique cradle scythe which is an advance form of a scythe, the primitive farm tool allowed for slicing and setting aside of the grain in one sweeping motion. It features a wooden handle and tines with a metal blade and hardware. Lovely art object display for the home or a collection. Accompanied by an early rake and rake head. Dimensions: 56" Height x 48" Length. Dunlap provenance.
