Framed oil on canvas of a Vermont winter scene of a typical Vermont village with a church, homesteads and a snow capped mountain in the background by Robert Shaw Wesson (1902 – 1967). Robert Shaw Wesson worked in Vermont and Massachusetts and is known for Winter landscapes. He graduated from Harvard University Dental School, Class of 28 and gave this painting to a classmate.
