Description
20th Century still life painting of peaches and pears signed Paul Jaro in an elaborate frame. Paul Jaro was born in Prague and immigrated to New York in 1957. His early works were received with great enthusiasm and all were sold except two which he kept for his personal collection, Flowers in a Vase (Similar to this one) and Times Square, 1965. He studied at Woodstock with Rolph Scarlett who inspired JARO to search for his own style of painting, which is known as Geometric Abstraction. Dimensions: 13″ x 16.5″
